Default COP Install No Start

After what I think was adequate searching, I think im stumped with why my recent Toyota COP install. Harness was made to Lazzer 1.6 PNP diagram. I am going to try to present my findings in a TLDR format. Pertinent info below:

Year: 1990
Engine: 1.6
ECU: MS2 (Tune and log will be posted tonight)
Dwell: Cranking-5.5 Running-2.5
Injectors: 420cc rx8
Plugs: BRK7E
Gap: .045
Capacitor in COP harness: Yes (Added after inital troubleshoot, no change in findings)
Resistor between IG- and B+: Yes
Harness wiring: 18g

Observations:
-Car ran on stock wires and coils prior to install
-Strong spark when plugs pulled and grounded to valve cover
-I get fuel when cranking--plugs wet and unburnt fuel smell
-Compression is good across all cylinders
-Occasionally I will get a brief stumble (bump bump after releasing starter)

Attempted the following with no change:
-Disconnected 1&4, then 2&3
-Plugged 1&4 harness to 2&3 coils

All of this leads me to think two things:
-Too much fuel
-Timing incorrect

I find both of these to be highly unlikely due to the fact that I was running prior to the install and made no changes other than adjusting dwell, but please correct me, because apparently im wrong somewhere!

Can you post the wiring diagram that you followed?

Ill also add that ive checked the harness twice for continuity from the hollowed out ignitor pins to the coil connectors and everything checked out.

Quite possibly solved this issue. I decided to take a look at my MS2 board, purchased from a local club member. Apparently I, and he, have been running an inverted spark mod, with non-inverted spark setting. Dunno how this is possible, but im going to test tomorrow, and hopefully scratch my head as to how I ran this way for so long.

So much for my interpretation of a "strong spark"

Confirmed. Switched spark to Inverted and started first go.
