Default What is a good turbo setup

Hello I am new to the miata scene and to turbo projects, and I don't want to blow up my car at my first attempt at this. I have a 1991 miata 1.6L. I am looking for as much info as possible on what to do and what are good turbo setups. I don't know what direction to go with ignition control, or fuel control. I'm pretty much lost and i'm looking for some help anything would be nice. I wouldn't mind to here ideas on anyones suspension ideas either. Thank you.
