Makes me alittle nervous no that maybe my engine won't last much longer. Got 146k on the odometer now.

When I tuned the ebc I got a slow reaction during full throttle + shifting + full throttle. I just cured the boost cut with higher tolerances and set it to 235kpa. Yes it's bad hitting 19psi while aiming for 13-14.
The cause may have been poor EBC tuning, but the prevention would have been to have left the Overboost Cut to a safe level.

Guess this is turning into a build thread.thread.
Decided to change the fuel pump since I thought the old ones got some 20yrs on it. Oh how wrong.

If I'm not totally wrong, this pump is already been changed.
Searching the interwebz I only get to Russian sites hits with
Daewoo Lanos, Sens, Matiz, Nexia, Zaz Vida och Chevrolet Aveo, Lacetti, Evanda, Epica, Takuma.
Well at least the fuel tank is spotless.
Putting in a walbro 190 HP for now.
Will probably make it pump e85 since I got 1000cc ID's anyway.

I'm very curious to see datalogs as well but, if there are none, there are none. I've seen this happen here, even to BoostedBois showing off 2step on a K series. Hell, some folks running launch control on Whipple LS'es. I've really wanted to see the ignition timing.

OP, when this happened did you "hit limiter"?
My flat shift doesn't re-engage spark+fuel until pretty low, ~4k.

Never got to hard limit, no.
No logs either :/

Another thing I'd thought I post here.
The piston squirters. Since my rods got shorter they made contactó with the squirters, saw it when I removed them. Ofc the #1,#4 got some bends in them also. Fixed them with brazing and a little hammer banging.

Saw another picture that there should be washers on both sides tho. I got none. Not that I were looking for them but how did I loose 8 washers???
Measured the bolts and they are indeed 22mm with the squirters measuring 12mm
Should I add some copper washers when assembling or there are blocks without washers?? Pretty stumped by this since I'm usually pretty ---- about keeping track of things.
