Default 1994 MKTurbo 1/8th Mile

Havent posted any updates in awhile. I'm on my third season running the MK Turbo kit. Pretty happy with the results tonight! I am running a "T04E" .48AR turbo now... But it's really freaking close to the turbo that Lars sent me originally. Highest trap speeds i hit to tonight were 87mph which is a pretty big jump from my last time to the strip. Tires are 225 NT01s on 15x9s. I'm not very good at R/T so be nice

A little more boost, overnighting parts from Japan, and no more granny shifting and we can get you into the 12's like all your other MKTurbo brothers.

You don't think 8.3 will get me into the high 12s? I've had slightly better 60 fts into the 1.8s before this trip. I had a bigger T04B turbo from CX racing but it was second hand and had issues leaking oil and exhaust gasses through the housings. I was looking forward to running that

Typically 1/8 mile in the 8.20’s safely put you in the 12’s. That is of coarse, considering your mile per hour. If you had mph in the 90’s, then yes you would be in the 12’s for sure.

edit: on second thought, after looking at other timeslips, you are in the zone where it’s likely.

I know absolutely nothing about being a good drag racer except being able to quote F&F in full. So take anything I say about it with a laugh. Really I am just saying good job.
