****, the local shop here said "$250 flat rate for stuff we know". But since they don't know MS it's $400 +$150/hr with a 4 hour minimum! ******* want minimum $1,000 to tune, so I told them where to put their price and street tuned it myself.

Prices down here jumped from $150 with a tuner to $180 with a tuner per hour. Some of the guys are pretty flexible on the amount of time they charge for. I spent 4 hours at a dyno last year and the guy only charged me for 2, he had a lot of stuff going on in the shop and didn't know the software really well.

some places offer dyno time for as low as 60$ for 4 pulls, just need to wait for the promotions.

We charge $100/hr and will help with your tune. Plus, like the other guys,
we'll work with you if it's gonna take several hours or you have a group. We have a Mustang dyno.

I had a group of 15 RX7's up here with a tuner from Dallas - he was charging $350 per car, on top of ~ $70/hr for the dyno. He also did about 1 to 1 1/2 hours on the street.

Default Hey Chicago area guys

Where do you go in the Chicago area for just a few pulls and how much does it cost?

$100hr for 3 pulls / No tuning
$160hr for 1-4 hours including tuning
$135hr for 5-8 hours including tuning

When I brought my Miata I got there at opening (8am) and left around noon. They gave me a deal seeing I did most of the tuning and the fact that the owner and his kid really liked me. I even went back later that day to fool with the numbers and it was free of charge. Was worth every penny to me.
