Default Kraken GT2560R kit on 1.8VVT NBFL

Title says it all, done on stock internals.

SPECS:
MS3 Mini ECU
700cc EV14 injectors
GT2560R Turbo kit, Kraken hi mount
Xtreme Heavy Duty Ceramic clutch (Dumb name, part number is KMZ22015-1C for those that are interested)
6 speed
3.6 Torsen diff
Mishimoto radiator.
Wanted a linear torque curve that was safe for the block and fun to drive on the street. 285nm translates to about 210ft-lb.
Car had more to give but I decided to call it quits here for now. The car is an OEM+ build and not a racecar.
Will replace my crank pulley with an ATI superdamper down the road, it's due for an replacement.

Any chance you could post the tune file? I'm running a 2560 (albeit a fairly old one) and see way lower numbers on virtual dyno. I doubt my tune is the main cause, but would be curious to see another data point.
No worries if not.

EDIT - Also killer numbers. That looks like a blast.

Car's currently parked and getting prepped for MOT (Plus it's late in Europe here) but I'll see if I can get around to it tomorrow, absolutely no problem.

Nice, I'm also in the process of building a VVT Turbo (1.6 TD04 currently), but undecided if I'm going to replace pistons for lower CR, how much boost are you running? 98 octane fuel I presume?

98 Octane.

If you're replacing the pistons, also replace the connecting rods imo. They're the weak point of both the 1.6 and 1.8

Boost is 0.5 Bar / 7 PSI up until 4500 and then the EBC Gradually increases it to 0.8 bar / 12 PSI at 7000 in order to keep the torque curve flat.

Quoted for truth and emphasis. If choice is necessary, go with the rods - see my build thread for why, if you need more convincing https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...c5dcfb9d2f.jpg

Think you'll be able to upload the tune file still?

Apologies, completely forgot about that.

I did run into a slightly rough idle issue with this tune which I'm currently trying to tackle, idles fine when cold, wee bit rough when hot (Feels like a slight misfire on occassion?). The tune is mostly optimized for actual driving, we didn't do much on the idle since it idled fine prior to dynoing. (I'm suspecting a mechanical culprit such as the crank pulley maybe mucking about with the timing...)
