SC vs Turbo Dynos
I would like to start a post comparing the dyno graphs of the basic supercharged setups all the way up to custom ones to basic and custom turbocharged engines at similar power levels.
I think it would be a good reference. I'll see if I can find a SC dyno that compares to mine. However the large compressor and log manifold on my car are far from optimum. There will be better optimized systems than mine.
I guess excell graphs are ok?
If this has been done already in a comprehensive thread give me a link and I'll not go to so much work.
Best comparison I could find was the KB 12 PSI IC kit. Nice curves.

I figured he had a few of these laying around. The centrifugal SC's will probably almost always show less TQ at a similar peak HP level because of the mechanical link to engine RPM which is a failboat.
The only ones that will show similar to favorable numbers are the positive displacement SC's and they better be quite efficient. That Kenny Bell unit is very nice.
I have a 1.2L Whipple comparison to the GT2560 dyno ready to upload but I was wondering how many PSI the GT2560 is and what engine size? The Whipple is Chris's SSM car which I am unsure on engine size, but assume 1.8 or 1.9
I'll upload it anyway. I can edit later.
