Default Stock 95 T3/T04E on 10 psi!

Finally got on the dyno today, dyno sheet will be scanned and uploaded later today! The wideband at the dyno WAS NOT hooked up so dont mind the ultra lean AFR on the dyno sheet!!

Made 208hp and 194tq on the first pull, started getting really bad heatsoak from there on out, ambient temp was 90 degrees outside with 26% humidity. After about the 3rd pull the clutch started slipping on the big end. I got into a fender bender the day before thats why the bumper is black! Measurements performed on a dynojet.

Stock 1.8, T3/T04E on 10psi, MS1 Standalone. Untuned rich basemap, went to find power figures and get some strong datalogging, got 8 pulls (about hour and 20min) for $50!!!!

Is that a chinese T04E?

Mine is, and it's .63 A/R hot side and I'm wondering when it'll hit 10psi. Seems kinda like yours might be the same size.

What's your exhaust? What injectors?

Yea its a ***** charger, .63 a/r. Those pulls were made with open 2.5inch downpipe. Injectors are rx7 460s. Spools at 2200 or so and full boost by 3800-4000.

Awesome, so mine will be identical. Thanks for the info!

Would you be so kind as to share your tune? That'll really help me get a few steps ahead quickly in getting this thing finished.

Those eBay t3/t4s are stage 3 (76 trim) turbines too- they really start the fun further up the boost pole. And that's what your torque curve shows IMO. I've seen stage 3 48AR turbine housings come up on eBay relatively cheap.

Wastegate gate pre-load, oil restrictor, clutch, then repeat.

haha your lungs now contain the quart of oil your motor used to.

also: t3/t04e at 10 psi making 208 hp on a dynojet is ..... well keep trying anyway.

I've been curious about this option, but really just wondering how easy it is to do this process being that I've never done it before.
