I just installed the EMU in my 99 using a BS harness and have experienced the same problem described by badboy88000. I saw my coolant temp rising on the gauge and turned on the AC to prevent overheating. I have now double checked the jumpers and JP13 and JP14 are both "hooked"/pull-up/1-2. I checked both the air and water temps by logging and they both read around 30F (when the car was cold in the morning and not running) even though it is about 65F outside now. I just upgraded my firmware to the latest 2.20 to see if that helped but no change in temp readings. badboy88000, what version of the firmware are you using? I found this post on the Yahoo group

Yahoo! Groups

that indicated that this problem was introduced at version 2.0 and goes away if you revert to version 1.14. Anyone have an old version of the firmware I can try? Any other ideals?

Now we have the same Problem!

Yesterday, we have installed a EMU with BS in a supercharged 2002 NB Miata.

At First, the car wonīt start. So we disconected the pin 33 and 39 on connector C. So, the fitrst problem was solved and the car is running.

But now, the fan wouldnīt work. We checkt the Jumpers on the EMU Board an set the JP13 and JP14 at "1-2" .... but the fan also donīt work.

Can anyone her help us please, we really donīt know what we can do now.
