Autotune map is completely different from regular EMB map. Email me the one in your unit and I'll check it out.

Ok, I just got the unit yesterday I will have it installed within the next few days then I will try to send you the map. Will the autotune make a complete map for my car as a new map or will it use the old map that the previous owner had. Been reading up on this but still not comprehending everything.

There will probably be modifications required. Will need to know what your base timing is and the map sensor you are using. Map controls timing and fueling. My email is bruce@brucebuchner.us. Do you have the instructions?

Yes I have the instructions somewhat, it is a gm 2 bar and I have a bipes still on the car should I totally ditch it during the install or leave it I'm sorry for all the questions but I'm very new to the turbo stuff and the faqs are just not fully hitting home thanks

You will need the AFPR for the 1.8 injectors. What are you referring to as "FMU"

Perhaps bad EMB? Or if the map is way off from what your stock timing is, you may have the spark at the wrong time.

Thanks for the help everyone the car is running decent I'm going to try and make a trip to the dyno this weekend and get me a good tune down with my 305's and 8 or 10 lbs of boost. And just tune myself after that, because I have the money for a tune but I want to get rid of the greddy dp and this 2.25 straight exhaust. What number you think I should see with Walbro 255, greddy kit, fmic, autotune, o2 clamp, emb, 305s, and straight piped on 10 lbs?
