Default 1999 turbo 1.8 data help

1999 t3/t4 china turbo with 640cc flowforce injectors MSPNP2 2.5" straight pipe. really rough cold start dies unless i press gas but if i give it gas for about 10 seconds its idles good and hot start is fine. drives really good when warm. Ive attached a data log of me driving it around. if someone could take a look and see if it looks safe to drive around as is let me know thanks. It needs to be professionally tuned just not sure when i will have time. any input much appreciated.

As stated in the other thread you started, your car runs poorly because your temperature sending unit isn't working. It will not improve without this. Then you can turn the car.

No point tuning if your sensors aren't working. You're just throwing money away if so.
