Default 99 no spark/no fuel fuel inj fuse blows immediately

I'm having a issue on my 99.
I redid rod bearings in it and tossed the motor back in and now I have a no start condition.

The car ran fine before the rebuild so it's clearly something I did.

The fuel inj fuse pops almost immediately. Before it blows, everything appears to work, pump kicks on and I get a check engine light with key in run position.

When the fuse blows I get no fuel pump obviously, and no check engine light along with no spark. Does this seem proper?

Where should I be looking for these? I know I banged the ppf frame up a little trying to get it back in. Are they located there?

Thanks a lot. I'll check when I get done with work. I had a sneaky suspicion it has to be something to do with the loom that runs over the top of the injectors.

Just wanted to give a big thanks. I found the fault. I pinched a wire for the crank sensor in the pan when I put it back on. What a amature mistake. I wouldve been looking at my fuel pump for a long time had you not responded.
