Ok so I finally get the bipes in the mail did everything the directions told me to do set the timing to *4 but it wont start, but if I take the out and in switch were the harness hooks up to the bipes and put them together it will start can anyone help me???

Don't rule out the bipes being bad. A couple of years ago I had the same experience, turned out it was a bad unit. It is pretty simple, and you've pretty much verified your wiring by jumping the harness ...

 

It's the wire you cut and spliced into. Make sure you did that correctly.

 

I told you to just wait for the MS but NO! I want more boost now. See, thats what you get.

I shipped it out to the bipes guy and he said he would check it for free so IM just waiting for an email back from him now.
