Recently picked up a 1999 miata, was burning oil when I brought it home. Pulled the engine completely rebuilt it, decided to turbo it as well. Cool bigger injectors and I needed a new ECU.. so I went the 99-00 MSPNP GEN2 plug and play megasquirt. Plugged it was having communication error. Checked to see if the status light were coming on.. no power. Pulled it out checked the pins on the ecu to check if I was getting 12 volts. All power to grounds and etc. Is there anything else I'm missing or is this defective? Any advice would be so greatly appreciated.
