Default MS Labs MS3 basic... no fuel!! Please HELP

Long time listener, first time caller... need help with my MS Labs MS3 basic. I acquired it new from TSE for my '99. After loading basemap, changing injector size parameters and synching TPS sweep per TSE instructions; I am not getting any fuel pump operation. I read in the instructions that some 99-00 may require a reposition of a jumper... Has anyone ever dealt with this issue?? I have checked fuses, relays and the wiring... Is it as simple as moving the fuel pump jumper over one prong?? Any help would greatly be appreciated

Before I went any further I double check spark and that was also INOP. I went into the MS3 and moved the jumper over to the 2-3 setting... and viola FUEL!! But still no spark. I do have the FAB9TUNING COP kit, do I have to change settings in the MS3 for that to accommodate?

yes and no depending on what you want and what the spark kit was supposed to run.. sequential spark vs batch fire. find this option in one of the tabs, either the basic set-up or the spark/ignition tab.
