Default Any good MS3 base maps out there?

Are there any good base maps running around for the MS3? Wayne Curr just finished my MS3 w/ MSx. I'm currently running an MSpnp unit. Going to add sequential spark and likely fuel. Will also be adding Sav's crank trigger but that can wait too. Currently running EBC & Cops.

Not sure how (or if) tunerstudio settings from MS1 translate to MS3.

Mine's a 94 1.8L. Currently running a customized begi s4 system, 550 injectors, maf delete, EBC, AC, COPS, mapdaddy, AEM wideband, forged rods, Wiseco pistons, cleaned up head ports, 2.5" exhaust, high flow cat. I don't know what other part information might be useful.

Has an MSpnp unit currently and I'm using tunerstudio. Installing an MS3 w/ msX. Plan on adding sequential fuel, spark, savingtons trigger wheel, 720 injectors and a few other things. More concerned about a base map to get things started. I can upgrade those other things as I get used to the new computer. Not sure I want to tackle all those projects at one time. Would rather keep the switch to MS3 as simple as possible at the start.

here's my current.
  • 1.6L with RX7 460cc injectors.
  • seq fuel through ms3x. If using batch, use semi-seq. to make use of the injection timing table
  • fan control on D15 (WLED)
  • injector dead time might be off (can't look at map)
  • dwell battery correction setup for toyota cops
  • ign table switching activated on JS5
  • seq. coil on plug ign setup through ms3x
  • double check your trigger angle and latency value
  • a/c idle up activated
  • Boost on JS11

Also, keep in mind that MS2/Extra 2.1.0 and higher maps will transfer over directly to an MS3. They occasionally need some cleaning up but are pretty close.

This is pretty far off from his setup but I think he can change a few of these things to make it work and end up with a pretty good starting fuel and spark map.

Thanks Brain! Wayne knows what's where on mine so it shouldn't be difficult to change the outputs you have to what I've got. I've got toyota cops too so your setting should work there.

Ignition table switching? Wha Dat?

Brain are you using the cam input on the 3x? I have his harness wired up to use that input so he'll have to change a setting there as well I bet.
