Default new to this need help bad

Edit*

I purchased a 96-97 ms3propnp for my 97 Miata. Since I installed it I've been having a few issues.

1) The car idles fine but when I hit the accelerator doesn't want to go past 3500 ~ 4000 rpm
  • tested it after the original post was made and did some idle tuning and warmup tuning and it was working fine but still seems off
2) when the ac is on and I just dump on the throttle it seems they have the same rpm issues just very much lower of a range. When I ease it seems fine though.

3) after revving the car it seems to shoot flames all the time. the only time it stops shooting flames is when I turn on the ac.

I have attached my current tune and the logs from the last time I ran the car. Any help would be much appreciated.

An ECU isn't something you can just plug in and it works. The car needs to be tuned.

Either take it to a tuner or go back to stock, unfortunately just the way you made your post is a pretty telltale sign that it's going to be difficult to sort this out by trying to tune it yourself.
