Hi guys,

I'm real new to this, so bare with me.

I'm in the process of turboing the Miata. Got it all setup, but when i turn the key, it doesn't start up. I got a 90 miata, with a 1.8 swap. I examined and went over the manual of my megasquirt and everything seems to be setup properly. I checked the IAT and made sure it was plugged into the 1st and 6th opening. Still, this doesn't do the trick. For kicks, we tried to see if the old AFM and ECU would work. Turns over no problem. Do you guys have any idea what might be the issue?

I'm having a similar problem except my coolant gauge says 282 any suggestions on where to start . the sensor looks old but it runs fine and starts with stock ecu

 

looks like a very old unit I built.

did you jump the fuel pump to run manually?
