URGENT - BP4W in na6 chassis with MSLabs Basic
Apparently there is some type of wiring change that is needed to make this happen. Trackspeed indicated that since I didn't purchase the box from them, they can't offer support BUT that there is a wiring write up somewhere on this site? I'm trying to search and not finding it... can someone link? (I'm sitting at my tuners, having switched from MSPNP to MSLabs basic and not able to get the car to start.)

Not BP4W specific but it's likely this is the thread he was talking about. Written by Mr. Trackspeed himself.
Could also be tune related. You should post that here as well.

Yeah you want the vvt mega thread, you just won’t hook up the vvt and you’ll probably use your 1.6 coils and wiring. Really all you’re doing is splitting the CAS, which fakes a crank signal, into crank and cam sensors. Or just run the 1.6 CAS.
You literally have near zero rewiring to do.

For clarity, I had had the BP4W running in the car. We swapped ECU from MSPNP to a MSLabs MS3 Basic. For whatever reason, we needed to change from rising edge to falling edge. Kind of odd that we were chasing our tails on a setting like this, since it was literally the opposite with the change between boxes.

That can be caused by running a different type of VR conditioner.
