Vvt tuner wiring/stock computer

Got a 2001 vvt motor with 80k and awesome compression!!! The motor is going into my 1991 miata, putting me into CSP autoX.

I already bought the vvt tuner from DIY autotune, and wondering how to wire this thing! Diagrams would be best!!! If ALL comes to worse is there a way to lock the intake cam at some degree so I can still drive it
