You certainly don't need bigger fuel lines or a pump that big. Anything bigger than a 190l/hr pump will out run the stock regulator.

Why on Earth the PO left those two basic functions on the OEM ECM is beyond me, swap those over and ditch the mess of a wiring harness I'm sure you have.
Fuel wise. I figure if i want to go more than 325rwhp then I'll get the id1000 ( rated at 425ish fwhp). Still have to find a regulator.

Hmmm ok. Seems it won't be a problem to add. I have a picture of the harness in my album.

You don't have enough fuel or transmission for 325whp.

Might not the OP need a piggyback of some sort because he's gotta deal with OBD2, since it's a '97?

On your setup with your stated 14lbs of boost you are in the 220-240hp range.
your injectors should hold a little more likely 280ish hp on pump gas.
You can likely dial up the boost a few more psi without breaking parts.
to see if you have more fuel, do a wot pull to redline while logging and check the log for injector duty. And see how many % it's showing.
Your motor can handle 400hp or more if tuned properly and bigger injectors. Turbo won't reach 400hp. 325 max. 5speed will die much before that.

I would rock the current setup if it runs well. 14psi on a gt2871r on a good tune can also be 250ish HP which is where I'm at now and it's lotsa fun and doesn't seem to break hard parts.

2871R will do quite a bit more than 325hp.

OP has a ridiculously mismatched setup.

If it were MY car (and it's not, so he can do as he pleases) i would do the following in this order:

1) DIY Autotune PNP PRO (with VICS set up to work)
2) Injectors designed in this epoch
3) 6spd
4) Give chassis attention it probably needs, judging from the schizo nature of the rest of the car

Hey guys. I finally got around to messing with this car. I did a data log in 2nd gear and 3rd gear. I also did one while driving around for a second.
I looked at the data-log and noticed my AFR is way off (to lean) out of boost. My IDC looks like it hit hell of high % (120%) . Those were just two things I noticed right off the bat.
I did some sticky reading and noticed that my Incorporate AFR Target was not on. Seems like it should be, at least from the little reading I've done.
I'll load the data log or logs when I figure out how. Thanks again.
