Default 99 1.8L TPS Help

Hey hope I'm posting in the right thread but I could really use some help here. I have a 99 NB 1.8 that I turbocharged and running a MSPNP. Recently I installed a new short block and when I put it all together my TPS stopped reading entirely. Turns out two of the wires had broke during the process at the connector. I replaced the pins and soldered the wires back together and now the tps acknowledges it's there but no where near where it should be.

I cleaned the tps and iat sensors as well as the throttle body.
checked grounds - all looked good
Battery charged
Checked correct wire position black red, green red and green black

Got on MSPNP and when I turned the ignition on the tps read -8% and slowly climbed to 65% without any throttle input

I brought up tps calibration and closed throttle adc showed 524 while full throttle adc count was 527

This project has been in and out of shops and I'm having the worst luck with it. Does this sound familiar to anyone???

Have you double checked that you rewired the tps correctly? It sounds to me that you have a wiring issue with the tps.

Have you tried using a different TPS then? Maybe the TPS is broken.

Sounds to me like you have a wire backwards and it's inversed as well as needing to re calibrate the sensor.
