I suspect my manifold performs similar to some of the Honda setups, but with slightly longer runners. Seems like to me the short runners would be more tuned to RPM’s beyond where a Miata motor happily runs.

I don’t think it is the intake manifold that is the primary source for the torqe drop at high RPM though.
