To answer the question, it's all a matter of opinion. I'd say a turbo that takes more than 5,000 RPM's to spool is too big of a turbo for our cars. Like someone previously mentioned...it depends of the application. Street or drag use only? Then again some people say "go big or don't go at all." I guess you gotta think, what does it take to be satisfied? My car was stock, then 7psi SR20 T25 with a voo-doo box...satisfied for a little...then MS with 12 psi. Will I get sick of this and get a bigger turbo? Probably. Then what? I guess it'll take a few thousand dollars of broken parts until I draw the line...welcome to the addiction.

You could utilize some of the above mentioned turbos by doing a larger engine swap
