Default Junk yard motor woes

Have gotten my 1.8 swap running recently after ignition problems. The 1.8 was purchased from a local salvage yard over a year ago and things came up and kept me from finishing it anyways now that is running it will smoke at idle. It has a t3/t4 turbo with some shaft play put a restrictor on it yesterday .065. Still smoking at idle. Checked compression 180,170,170,178. Performed a leak down cylinders 1,3,and 4 were 6%. Cylinder 2 was 11% and could here the oil bubbling in oil pan through the dipstick. Guess I am going to end up having to bite the bullet and buy another motor or build this one. I already have rods from my old 1.6. Also today was making some screaching noise not sure if it was the turbo or the motor. Any ideas welcome.

I blew out seals from oil pressure on an old journal bearing turbo and it took a few days for it to stop smoking but it eventually quit. maybe 2-weeks or so.

My car (sans-turbo) started smoking at idle like crazy unexpectedly one day... turned out to be seized oil control rings. Took about a month to completely rebuild, mostly waiting for parts and machining.

yeah I have the feeling turbo needs to be rebuilt and the oil control rings are also bad on the #2 cylinder 11% leak is just to much for my liking. Anyone else rode around on this kind of oil leak down results. Just worried about installing my wideband and it not lasting due to the oil.
