Thanks, i think you guys will except this car a lot better than the last one lol. Although it does have a couple drift parts on it, its not my goal to build the car to drift.

I just want a clean fun car to drive. I haven't made any decisions yet as to what i want to do with the car, or if it will be forced induction or NA.

Looks great Josh, can't wait to see it start coming together.

Quick header update for everyone- we finally have a design that we like, will make great power, and shouldn't break the bank, yet will still be made in the US to very high quality standards like the rest of the kit.

I'm waiting on a final prototype from a supplier now, and then pictures and dyno graphs will follow.

Pictures to come shortly, but I think we've finally settled on a header design for production. If final track testing goes well this week, we should have some available for order

It went great on the dyno. Actually looking at making a smaller tube version for most customers, as I think this thing is a bit bigger than it needs to be. Track testing this week, then they should be in production and you'll get pictures.

No real updates on A/C yet. We've been much more focused on performance parts, but the A/C setup is high on our list. We've already mocked up a rough compressor location though.

I have a K24a4...complete motor minus intake/ throttle body. Thought about using it for my car, but I have so many turbos and parts and Miata motors and heads...I thought about selling it all and building the K24 to run N/A like 240whp, but I am still on the fence. Somebody needs to twist my arm, or not.
Here's what I use my car for (when it hasn't been sitting in my garage for 6 months with a blown water pump.)
Work beater/ 13 second drag strip beater/ that's it.
I say "beater", but my car is very clean and tasteful.

After considering the turbo kit weight, aluminum block, and tubular subframe, 100+lb differential doesn't seem unreasonable. I am looking at this hard for a couple options of mine right now.

To be able to have lower stressed motors that are just as cheap, but make a significant amount for power, is a slam dunk in my opinion. Your initial fixed cost is a little higher than it could be with the turbo stuff, but variable costs should be low should anything happen.

For a daily driver that only occasionally sees the drag strip I don't see that much of an advantage of the k-series over a turbo setup... and I'm saying this as someone who already has a K24A2 sitting in my garage for my car.

That's b series, most k24 with bolt on dynos I have seen are making torque comparable with a bolt on BP turbo kit.

Just ordered the Kmiata Big tube header, for those that have not seen the final prototype pictures here it is. The final production unit will be pretty and ceramic coated.
