Miata LFX Swap (Singular Motorsports & Good-Win Racing)

Overkill seems to be the most popular FI for the LFX. Looks like a pretty good kit and uses a Vortech V3.

Very true statement! Still a great engine for the chassis but just lacks a bit on the top end. I was thinking about a rear mount turbo that comes on heavy and late to fill that void but also because I would have more space to mount it. Ryan probably has more room up front for a SC after all of his mods but I would have to do some MAJOR cutting to even think about a belt drive SC. May be able to fit it where the AC compressor was with a bit of work but I doubt it. Anxious to see what he comes up with!

Mind me asking if you used HPTuners for your ECU? If so I'd love to get my hands on that e85 info. I plan to add in the e85 sensor as well while I am doing a few other things in the coming weeks. The sensor appears to be PN=13577379 but I can't seem to find the part number for the e85 sensor connector anywhere. I have a crap load of 3 pin connectors in my wiring tub so I'm hoping I will get lucky.....

Also Ryan has all the info on what he did on Miata.net starting at post number 423.
