My 1.6 runs like dong, halp!

I replaced the ignitor this morning, still have the issue but it is better. My buddy Paul (Dragula) cleaned some of the oil that was on the injector wiring last night, and I think that might have improved the cold start up. I'm starting to think this could be a fuel issue.
I'm going to check timing this weekend as well.

Tonight, I checked the timing, getting about 11-12*. I'm started to really think this is fuel related, but I'm not sure what I can do aside from replacing injectors, fpr, fuel pump, fuel rail, etc. I have megasquirt I can install along with rx7 550's which could potentially eliminate the those problem areas (ecu and injectors).

so today, before i started anything up, I put a heat gun on my FPR to see if that did anything. I let it warm up for about 5 minutes, then i started the car and it didnt have the misfire problem. I didnt drive the car at all yesterday so the motor was as cold as it could possibly be. I'm going to try it again tomorrow to see if that really does make an impact.
Although I did notice, my oil pressure was pretty much at 0 on the gauge and the lifters were unusually loud. I'm not sure if my gauge is being faulty or my oil pump is shot. After about 5 minutes the oil pressure returned to somewhat normal.
