IMO, the 14.5 AFR at 4000 is what's going to blow up your engine and the 12 AFR at max RPM is going to foul your plugs and increase the chance of pre-ignition.

Get an ECU without any physical engine changes, correct the midrange fuel for crisp torque response and get rid of rich top end for max power. And then make much more power with bolt on's. A stock NB engine can make 130+wtq, 150+whp with headers and full exhaust, intake manifold/itb swap, and ecu on premium fuel. It can make close to or over 140wtq, 160whp on e85. I write this from personal experience.

Or you can put the cart in front of the horse if you want to: it's your money, your car, and your time.
