I got asked if my car was 4g63 swapped once, though to be honest it does sound like an evo with the longish tube equal length manifold.

 

Bought one. Second roachy-est header I have ever seen for any car. Comically poor fabrication, alignment and material. Oh yes, the design is completely wrong. No point in testing it. When a Maxim, Maruha and RB are within a few hp of each other, there is no way this thing would get close. Even if I am wrong (I'm not) and it actually makes power, I would not put one on my car if it were free. I'd be too concerned about significant portions of it falling off and killing some poor driver behind me.

For sale if you want it, make me an offer.

That thing is a big crack factory.

 

And piecuts dont flow as well as mandrel bends, and **** doing that many welds.

 

turbo > loud pipe that does not unlock any power

 

I have learned my lesson the hard way from buying Ebay junk headers (OBX and another), NO more, NO way.

I stopped trying to figure out what these people think looks good. There is nothing more beautiful then something engineered for pure function IMO.

That header is probably being built for a car like this

Equal length header means that the length of pipe that each cylinder exhaust gas travels prior to the connector is the same.
