Default Troubleshooting Ignition; need advice :)

Taking it from top...

1997 Miata, has had multiple computers installed over the past 8 years, haltech/megasquirt.

I have decided to go back to stock, the ms1 and haltech systems have gone away.

I picked up a 97 5sp ECU, and a complete wire harness. also installing the Toyota COP's that Brain had written up.

i have gotten it all installed, and in the process of checking my connections at the coil connections i am not getting 12v.

*looking at the schematic it says there is a main relay right rear. do the coils share the fan fuse?

thank you in advance, sometimes typing things out helps cuts through the fog.....I bet the fan fuse is blown....hense no 12 to the coils....

12v should come from the coil harness itself.

they get power directly from the 15A engine fuse, this also looks to go back to the main relay, then out to the cooling fan relay...

i think the engine fuse is inside the car under dash to left.

the main relay is in main fuse panel in bay.

'Tis correct. This fuse is inside the car, under the dash, to the left of the clutch pedal.

Still no spark, I have tried just getting switched power to the coils, and hounding to the head. So basically just the Ecu trigger, still no spark...

The Ecu is working, the injectors are firing, and I'm getting power to the various sensors.

I'm pretty suspect of the harness, I may just run my own connections off the Ecu.

I may try to plug my Ecu into a buddy's car, just to make sure it's actually working. I purchased it from a miata parts guy(partsgroup.com)

The harness was a eBay dude, so just the sellers word that it actually worked previous to the sale.
