Ebaycoolers are good ... cxracing I think is a popular seller on this forum. Sizing depends upon what you can fit, where your going to fit it, and how youre going to fit it. Joe perez has a nice write up on what he did. The piping you can spend some bucks and get it pre fab like the sylicone ones Flyinmiata sells or you can buy different bends and make your own (also covered in joe's write up)

If you pick up a Ebay Radiator, there is a group buy post. Call him up and he will sell it to you for $120 bones. It worked awsome.
Make sure you have something to cut the pipes on the universal Ebay I/C. They don't just bolt up.
The ebay blow off valves are pretty good too.

now that was another question, i want a blow off valve but theres so many to choose from and the price ranges from $15 up to $400. i dont have a lot left so will a cheep one do the job?
any recomendations or a ebay link would be great help

All you have to do is route a piece hose to the vaccum fitting on the Intake manifold plunum and install the the bov somewhere between the turbine and the manifold.Here, this will answer most of your questions if not all. Please take a look at the DIY write ups.
