Many thanks - Will check this - the collar is long but IIRC so is the internal mouth of the filter... May need to trim the flared end slightly.

I went from 3" pipe with an internal velocity stack filter at 325whp, down to 305hp with no filter, just the 3" tube.

Now track tested and works a treat. Lid needs cable ties as predicted. Intake temps around 3-6 degrees (Celsius) above ambient. Set a strong PB today on semi slicks and won my class, so all smiles here.
