I remember a guy easily a decade ago was blogging his descent into fabrication as he installed a Jaguar V12 (because he had one lying around). He cut away lots of firewall and bulkhead and the last i saw he had in running on carbs and it was silky smooth.

Should imagine this is going to be very fun
