yeah I'd have to see where that line goes but it appears to be the inlet to the solenoid.

To the OP: Can you edit the TITLE and fix the TYPO? It's VICS, not VCIS. This is so future newbies searching can find this thread.

done..

and to close my previous questions .. on the 99 intake manifold, the vacuum line on the bottom, near the firewall is the line that goes to the VICS solenoid. then another line goes from the solenoid to the actuator.
