Never mind, I don't have reverse lights. There is no connector where those two cables can go to either. The cables were just there since I got the car. I remember seeing them like that when I removed the old engine and transmission.

something for cruse control maybe? turns off if you take it out of gear?

I had to unplug some stuff related to that to make launch control and flatshift work when I installed the MS
