Where to buy 3bar sensor
Hi, I am looking to replace my failing gm style 3bar sensor that I bought years ago at diytune. I tried a cheap amazon one and it just reads max load even with the car off. Where is a good place to buy one and for a decent price if possible as I see they range from like $15 to $110?
Thanks

I see issues with the fab9 COP from Fab9 but that doesnt mean they can't sell me an actual 3bar GM style sensor. Crossing my fingers, cause I really want to drive my car again and would like to not spend $80+

https://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/pr...87blk87kn3igv5 you can buy this one individually?
And with fab9, it is not the quality of the product he is going to drop ship you, it is more the service or lackthereof.

My new Skunk2 throttle body arrived with only a piece of the original box because he sells factory returned merchandise as brand new. He drop ships things he says that he has in stock but he doesn't have any stock. If he sells you something that was factory returned at full price and there is a problem with it you cannot get him to stand behind it because he can't return it because he bought it as is. See also modified and damaged ATI damper he sold another member here. He did not want to take it back because he bought it as is from the manufacturer since it had already been returned once. He stiffed the customer.
There are many more incidences but I'm at work and don't feel like recounting them. Good luck with your purchase.

As of right now, you can buy a USA-made 3-bar sensor from either Ballenger at $69.99 or DIY at $78.
Those are good places to buy it and you will receive what you order.
You can continue to buy cheap parts from the local auto parts store or Amazon and waste time and money discovering they're DOA or the wrong part, and your car won't run while you dick around with this.
You can wait and hope that Fab9 sends you the right part before the next ice age. And your car still won't run while you wait. And if the part is DOA or the wrong part, good luck getting your money back.
To me, it's a no-brainer. The price difference between the guaranteed part from Ballenger/DIY and the others is less than a tank of gas at today's prices. Isn't that worth having a running car?

If you want to cut corners and have a decent return policy
there is always rock auto
https://www.rockauto.com/en/partsear...rtnum=12223861
But I'd not be gambling on a chinesium copy - your ECU bases your fueling strategy on the numbers this sensor provides. Is it worth your engine?
I'd pay the extra couple bucks for the ballenger unit, myself
Actually that's a lie
https://www.haltech.com/product/ht-0...rt-map-sensor/ I'd buy this one cos I like douche connectors and it is balleur.

buy from Ballenger or DIY and stop wasting our time with your attempts to save a buck.
we tried to save you from wasting your time and money. Don’t listen to our advice, do something else, and expect sympathy when the discount part you receive inevitably fails.
