Always welding something.

Working on a 1.8L manifold for top mounted INDY EFR6758 as well as a T2 manifold for an AWD converted VW Golf.

Need an inlet for that EFR? Speed sensor plug? I'm making them for mine in the near future.

let me know about the inlet. I have something made right now but its not perfect like yours would be. this is a 7163, so its quite a bit larger than the 6758.

My inlet:

The only thing making mine not perfect is that I didn't have the flange for the bolting built to match the turbo profile.

I am running the speed sensor. I just don't have it on the turbo right now because its expensive and I don't want to damage it.

Waiting for the piping to come in to finish the intercooler piping on the VW project we have right now and then I will have photos of that too.

Since your thread is essentially an advertisement for your business you are on the ragged edge of being required to become a vendor or cease and desist. People have complained already. So either take it as it is without complaining or pony up the cash. Not my rules. Your thread title was changed to protect from being forced into that decision, in case you haven't figured that out. I might note that stomping your foot and demanding something at this point would probably be a bad idea. And I wouldn't be the guy enforcing it. I enjoy seeing your work.

Then name it "shlammed's fabrication thread: I'm building things that are paperweights or maybe just things I can't sell but that I might give away for money"

shooter is 100% on point. most of us don't mind, but tired of him dodging vendor fees and the others complaining about it non-stop. its either this or delete the thread.

An IRL 7163 manifold (left) and a TiAL 3071R manifold (right) with TiAL MV-S flanged wastegates.

Now onto the last one of this design but for a t2 flanged 6258 IWG.
Following that I am building a 6258 with T4 Twin scroll, just waiting for the turbo to come in for mock-up. It will be an AC/PS manifold.

Just the vband flanges are different between those two, right?

that's correct.

IRL is the indy borg warner efr turbo (7163 in this case)

the TiAL flange is for a garrett based turbo.

I really hate that BW and Tial don't use the same v-band flange for the turbo.

Add Precision to that list. But at least BW downpipe vband would work on a Precision.
