can anyone help find a good clutch mainly stage 3 6puck sprung clutch..
i want it to be good for about 300ft-lb i can pay up to 350 or so i've looked around but all i can find is ebay stuff and i cant trust that
the clutch would be for my 03 turbo miata i'll be putting out about 220hp after the install and i don't think my stock clutch will hold for long

mxdrift, if you cannot afford the proper clutch for a high power miata, then you should not own one.

power+speed=breaking things that cost alot of money to fix.

lol, i don't know if it's right for you but it's $350 and holds 300ft lbs of torque. I wouldn't buy it myself. If i had to do it again i'd actually buy the same clutch i have now. the 1.8 act xtreme pressure plate and street disc is rate at 307ftlbs but it's more expensive than $350. i'd search for the cheapest place and save my pennies because doing a clutch sucks and won't want to do it again because i cheaped out

a sprung hub on a puck clutch is like having bubble wrap on the outside of your bumper and driving into a brick wall.

realistically the springs dont make a huge difference. i run a solid hub (well, two I guess) and my tranny is fine at 260 rwhp.

piece together your own set on clutchnet. You can get the disc and pressure plate for about $300, then you'll have to source a pilot bearing and throwout bearing. The alignment tools are the same as the several domestic cars so they are usually in stock at the parts store and run about $4. If you call clutchnet they will help you pick out a set for your application

if you call them the prices are typically less than the website.
