Default suggestion

Not sure if this is doable,

but can we make it so for sale threads CAN be edited anytime??

I ask cuz i think it'd be simpler if sellers could delete sold items from their lists as they go..no need to post whats left, less "still available" posts, and prob overall less clutter..

Just a thought

Hate to say it but i kinda like the club roadster for sale section... u can edit ur thread anytime, and u can only repond via PM's (no posts)..
Alot cleaner IMO since sellers retitle with "SOLD" or just update the thread with new prices/items...

I've been interested in this for awhile. We used to be able to edit any post at any time forever. Now I believe it's 24hours and it can be a real pain. Maybe the post edit clock can be extended to "subscribers"?

Admin/Mods, is there a specific reason for the 24hour rule?

Scott likes to be the only person to have clean, constantly edited, no-clutter threads

edit: Thank God...a quick editor!

CR's system sucks *****. You can't post replies to for sale "threads" (I air quoted threads because it's not really a thread if you can't reply).
Anyway, if you think the argument "it works for CR" will have any pull here, you are very sadly mistaken.

lazzer. y'all unbanned him though.

it's easy enough to PM a mod on the rare occasion you need to edit something.
