looks like IB did more than i asked...

i told them to change two lines of code, so you know that means go ahead and break other things for no good reason.

 

whatever. looks cleaner. except that your new lines of code make your avatar wider than the rest of the layout.

 

I'm just glad that we could all come together and save Andrew from having to see white borders around beloved cat ***** avatars.

 

There's apparently some resizing going on. My 600px widecat avatar gets squished to 195px.

 

that was always the max size.

all i asked was that they alter two things in the class .avatar in the .css.

 

I'm not complaining about this.

 

it used to be 150....

i made it 200 px like a year or so ago... cause i wanted a big avatar to break the column

if you remove that extra div they added with thier logo it formats better. can you tell im lazy?

yeah they reverted a few templates back to stock like haters. im going back in and fixing, been a while, gotta find where the turbo gradient class i added was. then we should be back to normal.

I know what i have to change in the code, i just gotta find what stupid template the code is in. They basically wiped out my custom skin i built when i asked them to remove the background color and border of the avatar class.

when they went into the styles, instead of just removing those two lines of code, they were like wait this skin isn't a default skin, and literally wiped out everything fun about it.

it's missing a LOT more than just the gradients.

look at each post how it's wrapped in a black outline, then has a 3D feel to it... they removed all that from the templates and on top of that, they completely removed any version history so I cant even go back to a previous version of the templates.

this is what happens when you ask for things...
