Can't Download Tunes and Logs

Can't Download Tunes and Logs
Lately I've been having problems downloading .msq and .msl files.
I've used different systems and different browsers.
In Firefox and Chrome I get a secondary empty tab. If I "Save Link as..." I get a 0 byte file.
In Edge I get an HTTP 500 error.
This used to work fine and still does on other sites (i.e. msextra/forums).
Anyone else having issues or suggestions?
