Oh boy, do I get to let my language geek show for a minute? 
All I got was Kardan, and all I know that that means is that the word preceding it is a verb. I only know a few words in Farsi, other than all the words that are Arabic cognates..

Speaking of weird euphemisms, how about:
ابن البط عوام
"the son of a duck is a floater"
It means, "like father, like son."
