Even I give a reason why I close **** at M.net, and I don't close threads about a sponsor until the sponsor rebuts the accusations. Just curious which mod thinks it's OK to turn this place into CR.net.

This more or less "feud" between CR and MT is pathetic. This almost makes me want to go back to SupraForums and that place has the largest collection of idiots this side of Honda-Tech.

I didn't lock the thread, but what you probably didn't see (b/c the last several posts were deleted) is that the last 5-7 posts in the thread evolved into nothing related to the original post and turned into nothing more than name calling. While it is funny at times, it just got a little out of hand, just like it carried over into this thread. If you want to open a new discussion on Racing Lifestyle, feel free, there are no protected vendors here.

I'll start this out -
I could "CLOSE" this thread and warn both Urban and Spike about their personal bashing of each other and Nationalities. The MODS on this site are getting a little tired of the "Bashing" and Disrespectful, Profanity laced threads.
As for the original post from Savington, any person would easily pick up that the thread was closed by JOE. It was most probably getting way out of hand, and I would think that it was going where this thread is going -- PERSONAL BASHING and un-necessary swipes at each other, because everyone thinks that it "FUNNY" --- IT ISN'T.
I personally think that SAVINGTON should apologize for his comments about the Moderators at this site.
Thank You,
LOLA

The front desk, with alternate wording, would have been more appropriate. Or if you insist on calling us fagots, at least do that in PM. You're just kidding around. We know you know you're kidding around. The other senior members know what we know. But the newbs then come in and get the wrong idea about how things run here.
I'm sorry, but this thread will need to be closed down. If you need an open yet civil debate on policy, create a thread in the Front Desk.
Hell yes we are. There are no protected members. The staff of this site has no desire to censor.

addendum
You were apparently talking about THIS thread.
I read the many deleted posts, and agree that it needed to be closed down. The moderators will need to decide what action to take against the parties involved. There will probably be some banstick used.
Also, what would give you the impression that Racing Lifestyles is a sponsor of this forum?
