I was trying to embed my squirrel video in high quality but it didn't seem to work that way.
I did come across this when I searched, but it looks like something that would need to be done on the mod/admin's end seeing how we can't post html code.

thanks. think it worked! just embed as usual, it's hard coded to always add the &fmt=18 tag.
