Copy and pasting images into the editor has never worked, but this start crap is very annoying.

It definitely used to work.

I don't know about anybody else but blurry images are back again. I reset my modem, router, and had my ISP reset from their end...only an issue on this damn website.
I also agree infinite scroll is terrible, this isn't Tumblr! |

It is difficult to make new posts because posting pics deletes text and, as a moderator, I'm regularly cleaning up posts of others in the wrong threads due to infinite scrolling.
Traffic on the site seems to be down. Please switch it back. |
Hey guys i just wanted to know if any of you were aware of a Miata-specific forum that didn't have all these things that seem to be geared specifically towards making a forum as hard to use as possible?
I found ClubRoadster, owned by AutoGuide, i may give them a shot. They seem to have a good handle on how to make a forum functional. |

You mean functional as in the way Miata Turbo was even a few short months ago? That must be refreshing. I bet traffic has really increased at that functional Miata site lately (I don't have an account there to view the traffic numbers).
There seems to be a bit of irony in the fact that internet brands was trying to bolster the page views to sell this forum or sell advertising on it and ended up fucking The Forum so badly that attendance dropped. AND it probably cost $3.50 for the three hours spent by the programmers in Bangalore, lol. |

Thanks, I had already disabled infinite scrolling within minutes of experiencing it. I hadn't noticed the lazy loading option...drives me crazy seeing blurred images as I scroll.

@Robb M. , please make it so that what I see in the message composition window matches what happens after I post. (Note indent and line-feed on bullet-list items)
https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...085eeded29.png EDIT: also please make it so that if happen to click somewhere in the message composition window after clicking "upload" from the image uploader, before it's finished uploading the image, it doesn't blow away all of the text I've previously typed. This is a relatively new (past 1-2 months) problem. |
Is MazdaRoadster still solid? I never really got in with the club roadster crowd, although there is some great tips over there, like using plastic weld and acrylic tube to replace broken plastic screw standoffs, or a DIY on a KG Works style cluster for 1/10 the price. IIRC the guide for drilling my control arms for zerks was over there too.

Ok, the image-upload bug does seem to be fixed.
I'm not having double-pasting problems. |
