The "my threads" button dissapears when scrolling up about 75% of the time. This happens on multiple devices.

I see the same thing, but I'd say it's more like 100% of the time when scrolling up. Possible this is intended?

make your browser wider. The code adds a css class to hide the menu items that will collide with the search bar on the right.

I still see the whole bar disappear when scrolling up a full page even with full window browser, do you see the same or are you saying the search bar doesn't disappear?
