My certification plate for modifications. Sorry for crappy pic. In New Zealand you have to get your car certified for changing almost anything on your car. Adjustable suspension wheels even... its not the best system. About 10-15 years ago you could do almost anything to your car as long as it passed its warrant of fitness (WOF) now you can't change your car if it doesnt match the cert plate. Even reverting it back to stock.
