How many of you guys have the hardened/prestige version in hand? Any info on the zombie maps?

I'm not too terribly impressed, I mean it's not a bad game, but it's not Modern Warfare by a long shot. I'm something like level 28 so far played maybe two hours or so total. Word is there are 15 prestige levels in this one, F that. RC car is aright but they get annoying when they're not yours. SAM with three kill streak (with hardline on) is the ****, takes care of all spy planes and choppers until somebody cuts it up (like a sentry gun)

 

I heard that its 15 prestige but only 50 levels per prestige or something like that

 

I looked at the online stats for 360 last night and 913 players had already prestiged! That was at around 18 hours from being on general sale.

 

I like it.... dedicated servers make it pwn more than MW2 ever could.

Just a bit laggy cause of the servers a bit overwhelmed last night. It is supposed to be fixed soon.

 

I keep hearing it's overhyped, you guys agree/disagree?

 

It will be epic. I like how you buy weapons and equipment. It needs some time like any game to work out the issues.

 

I have only played single player so far. Pretty good, there were a couple of spots where the game got a little annoying, but it is very action packed and a pretty cool story.

Edit - If you got this for anything other than the PC you are gayyyyyyyyy

 

Brain and I need to know if this is worth buying. I personally REALLY enjoyed MW2 (dedicated server issue aside). It was the closest thing I had played yet to CS from the aspect of rewarding the better faster player. I hate games that make it "easy" for noobs, and love fast action that rewards twitch reflexes. Does this game maintain that aspect from MW2? YES or NO??? Don't care about single player, only multi.

 

Neo likes his multi time action with Brain. So he reallllllly needs to know.

Well I spent alot of time of MW2 online. My first impressions so far online (only spent 2 hours online)are that it's quite good. Only time will tell if it's got the longevity of MW2 and I personally didn't get on with WaW so was quite pleased with what has been done with BO.

 

So.. is it worth my hard earned money?

 

Werd, need more feedback. I don't wanna buy a game and end up disappointed again like BC2.

 

Im acquiring a new videocard, so I might pick this up for PC
