Holy crap. I didn't even think of this. I kinda forget about the decel diff settings. I was getting all bend outta shape (figuratively and in-game) when down shifting a few gears quickly w/clutch on some on the autocross and times trails when entering a corner. Imma give this a shot next time. Or... try to rev-match

I too have a guilty pleasure of drifting... I actually find it helpful when driving with no TCS on a high hp rwd. Soon as it starts to get tail happy I know how to control it and get back on pace again thanks to playing around drifting.

I thought that too. Until I realized that any tail-happiness that comes outta exiting a corner in any of these cars completely bags your time. Obviously a very small amount is acceptable, but if its swinging out... Techsalvager had to teach me how to enter and exit a corner correctly beacuse of all those tail-happy exits... :(

oh, I know not to slide on purpose while racing... but sometimes I would get on full pedal too early making the rear step out... and sometimes start sliding through the corner (not really wanting too) thankfully though knowing how to drift I am able to recover and get back to my racing line.

Also the other night when we all raced at Le Man's I mentioned their is an adapter for the logitech g25 and g27 wheel for the xbox 360 and it still maintains the Force Feedback. here is the link to that.

Right on. I'm notorious for flooring it too early in a corner and going into corners much too hot. As flier proved when drafting right behind me during the B-class race last Sunday... dropped right from 2nd (or 3rd?) to 6th...

Lol yeah... I have been lately really trying hard to get my apex super close... sometimes I come in too hot and I am miles away from my apex lol

It's a good time. Mind you... I've only actually ran once. Still a good time though.

It comes down to many things, how well the car handles, how much power vs traction you have, where is the engine location and weight distrubution. Type of corner that you have to get though, driven wheels

I was letting the pantera slide on purpose though some of the corners to keep my momenteum up as much as possible

So far my best without Traction control is 01:21.998 (clean) I will see tomorrow if my times vary with traction control on.

I managed to get down to a 1.21.230 last night with TCS on. Making the car easy to drive so that I don't hit anyone is my priority ATM.

Curly, we're doing Motegi East Circuit. West is just too short for these fast cars.

Putting down the fastest lap-times in qualifying doesn't always mean you'll win. It's happened to me about 3 races so far, lol.
